   hey!my friends,do you have health problems connected with your job.for some white collar,who working at office.the most common phenomenon we can see or suffer maybe the cervical spondylosis if someone always desk working.Beyond that,prostate is familiar to a few man who working with the shape of seat in the long term.latent neuroses is also a killerfor those long-time-computer users.and female tend to catch  gynaecology like endocrine disruptor.with the development of society,mental disease have draw great attention.
    oh,Lord.it seems i have come into this disgusting field.may be it is the reason that i always seat in front of pc.sometime my spines get little sore.actually i don't know whether it has something to do with my habit,for once my back got injured several years ago.
    the back problem is really nettlesome.my major is software engineer.i have got to spend much in confronting computer.i can't cut time.Not now, not in the future.i am so young,should i catch such disease with little
age.no.no.
     nowadays,i forced myself to establish a correct sitting posture to against sore.it is really very necessary and useful to do precaution.is it right?

your spines get little sore ?now? oh, really so early. we all need take care of our bodies indeed. nothing is important after all if we have no health any more.

my back once got injured~maybe it is also a factor~just a little

Different health problems can be avoided, my way is get out for fresh air after 2 or 3 hours sitting, or you may just stand up for a while..

It has been a common phenomenon for most of white collar on these disease, and we must take care of our body. indiangirl is right, walking or exercising outside for ten minutes after 1 or 2 hours working, or looking far distance and so on.
