Unpaid Internships,advisable or not

Since it's summer vacation,several my friends sought work so as to spend thier holiday.some of thier company pay but the other don't.
those friends who got not any reward showed me the opinion that what they had done was not useful.in that condiditon,employing units brazenly ignored them.in addition,my friends told me that could learnt something from progress of work.
is it advisable for recent grads to accept it?actually i donot have answer.for company,the lower salary,the higher profit.at the same time,students wanna find operating post to shape self in spite of sallary.hahaha.so the deals are available..

- There are plenty of chances for you to earn a big salary later in your career. Now is the time to gain some experience just like going to a technical school. I would gladly pay to gain valuable experience. Most important is that you find the "suitable" and correct internship, so that you would know what it is like to work in your field. It is useless to think about salary in internships. What is the use if they pay you a little money in a useless internship? However, some students feel stupif to work for no pay, but that is immature thinking. Don't forget that you are learning something from your internship.

- I think interships should be paid on some way, like monthly allowance for living expenses, housing sth necessity in our daily life. Coz some private company exploit an advantage of recuitting fresh graduates every year to cost down by without paying, it's really awful of the phenomenon. I do deem that u pay, u gain. Graduates should fight for their own benifit,except u are willing to stay and try to learn sth important to u.

- i disagree about the internship without paying, it is unfair to the students. Of course students are lack of social working experiences, if find a suitable company for internship, that is good for their future career development. The key point is that students know their strengths and choose the suitable job.
