it is inevitable for everyone to suffer misfortune.so have you thought what is the most detrimental to one's life?
when we were student,we got low grade;when we wanted to find a lover,nobody interested you even you was ignored unfortunately;got fired by your employer because of your misstep;some of your familar meet with their death by unlawful infringement;you are more excellent than colleagues,but you got squeezed for the lack of backdrop,so you lost every chance of promoting to a higher office;beyond all doubt,it is really really very common in current society.
i guess the most detrimental in lowest moment ,not getting low grade,not unpleasant emotional experience,not the adversity of unemployment,not the unfair treatment in front of brutal latent rules,is the distortion of life values.you are a graduate from college with the heart of fulling of justice and diligent idea,you always hate some peoples who top thier fruit so as to meet desire.but several years passed,you become that kind of man,for you wanna imitate and get everthing as good as them,actually it is very ridiculous.your value has got Distorted.we lose confidence because of some setback,we become more and more introverted,donot you think about it is regrettable..

- Everybody needs courage to boost our confience to walk out of the lowest moment. whenever you are facing what kind of situation, you can't loose your heart, your positive mind will bring you a way to go through the dark forest. I think most of time the difficulty is not as hard as we think.

- In fact, I have suffered some of those adversities mentioned above. I have tasted the most bitter realities of life. I have met the worse people you can image and the best people too. I consider my life to be well experienced, well seasoned and contented. Everybody has to go through struggles to succeed, so would you. Remember the saying; "A person's best success comes after their greatest disappointments.”
