I got a bad cough
These days I got a bad cough for a week. A few days ago I almost cannot fall asleep at nigh due to the serious cough. As long as I lay down, I cannot stop coughing for many hours. Yesterday I went to the hospital and the doctor advice me to take an X-ray and the pulmonary function tests. The result of X-ray shows that I’m normal. Tomorrow I’ll take the pulmonary function tests.
These days I drink the soup made in pear which was cooked by my mum. Last night I sleep very well and almost don’t cough any more. Today my cough is better.
Due to my job, three years ago I got an acute lseriously and lost my voice for at least a week. From then on I often got a sore throat. Obviously it has been my occupational diseases. So I must remind me to drink lots of water every day to avoid that my body gets inflamed again.View AllAuthor's latest blogs

- Coughing seems to be a small problem but it can be annoying and bothersome. Futhermore, cough could be an indication of respiratory disease. You have to be careful and do not do anything that might agitate your throat or respitatory system.

- as far as i know,lots of warm boiled water do will make pepole feel better when pepole catch a cold...
