i cannot remeber that when i have a good sleep. sometimes i feel i'm in a state of confusion.i can't choose my wat at a cross.maybe i shouldn't put too much attention on emotion. i have a compilicated mind. so unhappy always koncks at me.some necessary changes should be made as soon as possible.
i get understand, something is definitly others,something belong to ourselves,though it's insignificant.a good understand od myself is necessary.so i can have a better grasp of myself.

Yeah, if you can grasp what you want to do, and don't take too much unnecessary thing in your mind, you will feel better.

the same situation always happen to me~I`ll be in insomnia with something depressing or awful occuring the day before~what`s more,I can`t understand myself well 2~sometimes I even can`t figure out my exact feeling or what I really what to do~!

What's wrong? What kind of problems seem to put you in this kind of state of mind? Is it also love that you called emotion here?

I always try some soft and light music if i couldnt fall asleep, u just need a little more relaxation.

Don't have physical and mental  fatigure before sleep and have a warmly bath. Hope a sweet dream everyday.
