According to Zhejiang Online report,several people were street racing in hangzhou city Wen Er West Road and amongst them one red race car hit and killed a pedestrian crossing the crosswalk. Onlookers said the perpetrating boy’s attitude was very poor, hitting and killing a person yet treating it as if nothing happened. The perpetrator’s Mitsubishi sports car was labeled with two websites, and amongst the websites read “here gathers the country’s best drifting race car drivers”. A witnesses said, “A little after 8:00pm “rumble rumble rumble” came three cars, all very low very sports cars, going very fast very fast. The boy who was hit was crossing the crosswalk at the time, although at the time I did not see clearly if it was a boy or a girl. Upon being hit, his body flew into the air, flew very high very high, as high as that (Mr. Hu pointed to the Dejia Apartments front door/gate, the door/gate is over 5 meters high)! He flipped in the air, and then fell back down.” Onlooking pedestrians all indicated, 100 km/h? Up to 150km/h? Otherwise how could a person be hit so far? The report said the accident victim was from Hunan, born 1984, only son, graduated from Zhejiang University in 2006, and was working at Hangzhou Yisai Communications Limited Company, and prior to the incidenthad watched the movie “Nanjing! Nanjing! in the nearby cinema.
While we are angry,the issue should be expand between money and laws.Blieve or not,the incident give us a clue that money provide a better protection to perpetrator,but where's the law.silmilar incident not just happened Zhejiang, Haerbin incident of the BMW car. who should be to blame?the reality.what's our pursuit? we focus our eyes on money,thus,a good protection could calm us down.
If we get a high social status,we have ability to protect our family.we can make the crime an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.law shows its justice.
maybe i can assume that it happened to me,my parents also settle the matter by leaving it unsettled,But I won't let this happened to my son. and I won't choose an impotence way to settle it. impotence man stay slience.

wealth gap. hey hey This is China!~ I don't know what should we be called, but I think we can't be called a socialist country~Not at all!
not like some European countries, wealth doesnt match their quality. ~10 years later hopefully the situation wil be going far better, but now, it's the bleak truth~

- so there are many badly social phenomenon happened around my life . and i have a classmate who become a rich person's second wife but she never think what her do is wrong ,so sadly. and also some my friends who have a very good family circumstances is very supercilious. how to say , we can't change nothing. see more things like this , and then the heart slowly become numb.

- In the incident,what the police said and did were the most disappointed ones.It indeed sent a chill to our society but not totally just as what you said,it's not the fault of the difference between the poor and the rich.
As to Hangzhou,we don't want people associate it with "5.7" instead of Westlake,its picturesque scenery.Actually,this time,the pressure from public opinion played a large role.
What we abhor is not the rich,but rather the unbending attitude to life.The mentality of hatred for the rich is not strictly accurate.
