I Got My Job Transferred

These days, i am really busy for my job thing. My manager wanna transfer me to another post. actually, at first i don't wanna be tansferred. I think my recent job kind is really great, kind of cushy job because i can handle it easily. Everyday i have much more spare time to do lots of my personal stuff. But now, i have to accept the training day after day. And this work group would become busy and busy in future, that why my manager make this decision. At last, i accept it. Because i have to. Anyway, I must learn some more work stuff to make my future more wonderful.

- to be frank, i feel i should congratulate to you here for you position's transfering whether you are happy to accept it. as my oppinion, as a hr view, to most the youngers coming a company nolong time, if change a high or difficult work is not a retire bad thing indeed though you can't realize this now because you have been in a role stead of a onlooker. if your work is always very easy done and more spare time to deal yourself things, in a short time,maybe a good enjoy,but not a benefitial thing to your long period improving actually, of cause,you can't have this feeling now too. i think you should thank for your leader whatever he/she thought of about you.

But the training is really really difficult for me because i work at home, and my company is in another city. So i have to accept the training on internet. I can't see my trainer's face, just his screen. The training has been lasting out for 2 weeks. Therefor i will insist on this whatever because i take encouragement from u, my friend~~
