now l want to write another blog for the part-time job as the skatting trainer . today l want to talk about my skating .

l played the skatting since the fresh year in college . yes . l like the skating and l like the speed , the heart beat and the music on the playground when playing skatting . and l regard it as my hobby and my only sport . falling down l think is very common when skatting . and every night l would prepare myself to fall down because much stuffs in the daytime always overwhelmed me and the falling down can give me a chance to give vent。hehe

about the skating teaching , l want to talk about something .

at the begginning of each class , l would remind them weather the elbow pads , knee pads and wrist guards were securely fastened . this sentence is not in vain because the security is fundamental .

for each boy , the v walk is a must . at the begginning l would gasp the boy's feet when he walking . then l would let him do the v walking without others' help . this progress for some boy is some kind of difficult and we shoud encaurage them and force them . we should keep their parents away from us which let the child have no hope then apply his attention to do the v walking .

if the boy can do the v walking very fluently . l would ask him or her do other exercise to strengthen the result . then another day l would ask him walk on the playground . if he or she feel off-balance or out of control , l should ask them bring their hands to the knees .

if they fall down , l would ask him . stand up now , one foot one time , bring one or two hands to the standing knees as stand up .

if they want to stop walking . l would teach them how to stop with the brake .

bring your feet to a paralell position .

slide your one foot in front .

rise the front toe and let the brake to make contract with the ground .

lower your body to a sitting position .

at the end of the class , l would ask them did you have a good time in this class ? ahee
