in the morning l recieved a masseger which inform me the interview l am eager for would be hold in the next morning .  to tell the truth , l am not nervous at all . perhaps there are too many failures in my life already . so what one more ? hehe

   but l shouldnt relax without intension . l would write one more passage for the interview . today l want to talk about the way to teach child to skate . 

   in my opinion , the coach neednt be very excellent in skating but he should be very confident that he could teach the child . and he should be very social . and of course ，the coach with excellent skating skills  would be more popular .

   how to teach the child to skate ? l think the coach should be strict when teaching . some children are very lazy in home . their parents protect them from any dangers in home . and then they wont focus themselves in skating . then you should try every means to get them back . you can be strict with them , you can encourage them . you can make a promise  we should rest after finished   with them . as a coach , l should try different ways with the different children .

    how to communicate with the foreign children when skating  ? surely it is a problem for me to handle . and l believe that most of us cant handle this problem . this is why you give such high salary for us . but l think l have the ability to  communicate with the foreign children because l usually went to the english corner there are foreign teachers . l dont think communicating with foreigner would be a terrible dream .
