the year 2012 is to the end and 2013 is to begin . there are lots of 

words l want to say but l dont know how to begin . love , fear , lost ,

 pressure , inferior , happiness . none of these feelings is absent in 

this year . though l work hard , but because l am lost sometimes l

 achieve little success . there are some words l want to share .

 

 

 dreams 

 because l am more like a boy than a man , l feel dizzy about many

 things . then when writing blogs , l would pause to ask myself .

 what on earth do you think about it ? l sorry about that but l can do 

nothing . and dream and the love are the biggest items l would feel 

dizzy about . then l want to express my ideas through a dialogue

 between a very smart boy , Tom and his mother . 

 

Mom :Tom , you must study harder to reach your ambitious dreams ,

not to be an ordinary person like your poor father . 

 

Tom : why why must l be a successful man ? you know the striving 

way is very tough .

 

Mom : because it is the tradition chinese view . as a boy , you should 

go outside to make a new world . and what would you do , if you dont

 work hard ? every one are expected to work hard . 

the diligent control themselves , the lazy ones are controlled by others

 . everyone should restrain themselves . then why not set a goal for

 youselves and spur yourselves to get it ? 

 

Tom :ok ! mom , you are right . then l have another question . the 

ordinary people , the admiring ones . which kind of people are more 

like to get the happiness ? mom .

 

Mom :it is hard to say .they are all unhappy sometimes .

 they are forced to work by pressure sometimes . they would feel

 sorry but can do nothing about many things . only the ones with

 enough money but not plenty , usual mind could get the happiness

 easily . they are called middle class . there are many people like that 

in a website called dioenglish when l was in the college . 

 

Tom : all in all . money and the admiring achievements are not the 

simple key to the happiness . is that right ? 

 

Mom : yes ! but money is the indispensable part for the happiness .

 do you know that ? the love , friends , art , sex are all neccesary 

parts for the happiness . but lots of modern people gave much more 

attention on the sex and money . you could be happy without sex and

 money but you cant be happy without love , friends and art .that is the

 reason for many millionaires to commit suicide and pop stars to

 drugs. 

 

Tom :then mom , do you still ask me to be a successful man ? 

 

mom : yes ! what could you do if you dont strive when young ? 

do you know that ? many ordianry people are happy either .

 but they are happy by fooling themselves . they have no courage and 

energy to pursure their beloved , their dreams . they trap themselves 

.they have to repeat the routine lives and they have to force themselves

 to adjust the their boring lives .dont be shamefull to be a fool . 

dont be astonished . because all the people fooled themslves 

sometimes to get happiness . maybe the ordinary ones often and the

 admiring ones less . so only when you have money , you could feed 

yourselves , protect your beloved and help others . 

 

Tom :ok ! mom . l would strive to get success with the love for the 

society . and even if l cant get the goal , then l would have a healthy 

body and fine family . is that right ? 

 

Mom : that is what l expect you .
