we went to the workshop with foreign engineer this morning. But when mentioned to the building issues, we may have the problems to talk with each other.

There are two reasons for me: one is that I have not catch the chance to commucate with foreign engineers. The second is that I've not master the professional knowledge.

So, the following days, need to understand all the issues, then talk with engineers when the chances coming.
