I have a quarrel with someone. There are already different focuses on each conversation between us. At last they alway complain I can't express myself clearly. They always think I feel unbalanced from my heart. Now I don't want to communicate with anyone. I feel depressed as soon as thinking about my fate and future.

- I just watched the movie Cast Away. Chuck had lived alone on a small island in the middle of ocean for four years. When he came to the normal world again, he saw everything around him was so beautiful. All his bad temper and mood were gone completly. Maybe you can watch the movie, which is really touching.
