Each tiem I feel exhausted after leaving the office, I have no extra time and energy to read the advanced english reading , it is difficult to improve the english level , so if the situation is going on like this I can't change the current situation and destined to have unchanged life like the current. It is rather contradiction. My brain is so dizzy that I only recite some english words. The intensity of working force everyone to retain no extra engergy. Even if so I only finish the basic workload set by the boss. I am so anguished that have not any solution to solve this dilemma.

- using english in daily working is a good way to practise or improve the english.personally, if my time is just for my current work, I will just do my work, if I have extral time or energy, I will put into the english-improving; you must know what is the most important for you currentlly and in the future, then do step by step, everything will go well, I believe.

- Try to adjust yourself. For example you can choose to read for one or two hurs with concentration, then relax a little bit. Never push yourself too hard
