Facebook is very popular among the world. One in seven of the population is using the Facebook. But it all began as lark. The founder of it posted pictures of his fellow Harvard students online to let viewers commnet on who was hot and who was not. Only eight years later Facebook is one of the hottest companies in the world. Investor believe that company is more valuable than Boeing, the world's largest aircraft maker.

- In China, facebook is not available unless you pay for specific VPN expenses. Renren, formerly referred to xiaonei is the most famous conmunication platform among us students which has a long history as facebook. But it has not become that famous as facebook, something must be changed if we'd like to see the breakthrough.

- i agree with the comments above.we cant reach the facebook in China. what a pity, while i think it unfair.yeah.. no matter what the line is,there goes without saying that it is very important for the innovation.
