Do you have ability to buy apartment ??
One of my colleagues bought a apartment in shanghai some years ago.Though the price is not expensive on that time.Every month repayment of the loan beyond their capacity. Several years pasted, may be the last time came .Today ,my colleague said that she was going to quit job and went hometown with her husband. Her husband was suffering from insomnia for much pressure.He was becoming thinner .They thought thier condition will be good through their hard work ,but reality and idea are different.After work for years, the quality of life did not still improve .Now they have to sell their apartment, prepare to buy a new apartment in their hometown.
I always think when i hear the thing, do we should buy apartment by installment ? Different people have different views,under pressure ,some people have power and obtain success, some people lost themselves. I am not sure when buy apartmetn is suitable.

- surely,to buy apartment is not a small number ,especially in Shanghai,a first line big city. we should strike fot it many years through our hard labour. this is a realistic question indeed,especially to a male,seems more important. everyone meet the same question,only sooner or later,hehe...

- It depends on your current and foreseeable future earnings.It is important to make the plan for the expenses for example the expenses for career improvement,marrige,having baby,the children education,maintaining parents and the spending after your retirement.

- I think that everyone should always consider his personal situation and buying an apartment must be a well thought-out decision! at the moment I also cannot buy an apartment here in Italy.. prices are far too high, so now I work and put something by and buy a house later in future, with my boyfriend!

- Sometimes ,We can not forsee our future lives,Maybe everything is OK.Maybe we will encounter some difficulties (money,healthy and so on ).So we need adjust our lives to fit ourselves.

- In Japan a house is so expensive that it takes 3 generations to pay up the mortgage on the house. In Hong Kong, the government builds houses for families and sell it to them at affordable prices which most people can pay. Private quality housing is very expensive. In China, houses in the city limits are far too expensive for ordinary people. It is a hard decision because we won't know what will be the prices of houses in future. It is more likely to go up than go down. Hard decision.

You must be familiar with your own town, your parents and friends are all there. I think it is normal in China because I see so many people leave home to work far away. May be I am conservative.
