Though I am a person who is a financial staff in the office, I also need to take a course as the sales man cause I want to do my work better. I joined the lecture at Alibaba Company in Guangzhou today, and I got some main points as following,
1. Update your data and information in time everyday.
2. Create fascination rate about your products.
3. Keep on line all day and help your potential customer to find you any time.
4. Check your inquiry in time, and reply the queries with your professional words.
I decide to do my work best as in advance, and I hope to make an obvious progress about my work in the future.
