Which is important, Outcome or Procedure?

When we were student, the teachers often told us to study hard. No Matter How 's the Outcome, the Procedure is More Important, please Value and Enjoy Your Study Life.
After graduation, it's important for us to bring our intelligence into play and to deal with social affairs. For our work, the Boss knows how is done, the Leader knows how to do it. As you only do as the teachers told you what to do, it 's not enough. When we do our work, we should realize what we should do, first, we should think from the Boss and the Leader's standpoint, and belive outcome rahter than the procedure, establishing and realizing the target, satisfying our Boss and Leaders are our real value.

- Um, you are right, the boss will not care about the procedure, they just want to know the outcome, but as for me, I will enjoy the procedure, it also will bring me the feeling of achievement.
