Finalize another project

After a short travel in ChongQing, I close another project in this year and create three millions profits per year.
This deal is done between HRBank and my company, I follow this key account for more than three months. After a long communication with HRBank, we agree the terms and conditions on this business. I raise the money and lend to a local real estate developer in invest trust product, however, the developer and the funds are introduced by HRBank. In order to collateralize the loan, I fly to ChongQing and secure the key risk although very tired.

- I serve for the trust company which is belongs to invest banking industry. As you know, CBRC is the same regulationary authority for the bank and trust company due to the finance liscense is offered by it. The developer loan is curbed by CBRC, however, we can cooperate to lend the loan to developer in order to avoid the regulation from CBRC. i.e.,we provide a channel to let the funds invest the developer while the funds were provided from bank, thus, the bank and us get the win-win goal. that's all, do you get it?
HRBank is Haerbin Bank.

through your simple introduce about your work.i knew some main business about your company. in fact ,we all are belong to the Financial institutions.because i serve for a national bank in change of the hr department. so when i read your "hrbank" ,i feel big curious, what is a hrbank on earth? so guess in my heart surely.
as a trust company,the main business should be credit for loan,or operate the capital which your customers have entrusted in your company,then untilized out through all kinds forms ,in some extent, some same business as a bank.(my understand myabe not right). but i still don't know how the hrbank become the middle institution, it is a middle business of hrbank ?, if it is,the bank must earn a certain rate profit from it,otherwise,nowdays commercial banks can't do such a charity at all under the modern operating system.

recently,the china banking regulatory commission excute their control more and more stronger,more and more widely,more and more deeply too . as a being controled enterprise, we also felt its strengthen, its managements has gone deep into near all of our business. the risk comtrol is more and more strict too.
how about your english is so wonderful? in my impression,passing CET6 over,only achieve in the full time study condition,while you have attedded work with busy work and less spare time. no saying about CET6,only CET4 ,if i can pass over smoothly, i don't find the north direction alreaday! my god!

My written English is practised in my daily work because I served for a Wholly Foreign Owned bank,i.e. Bank of East Asia in Wuhan branch as a DGM for three years.
