It is a difficult time for the company I work for.I have already worked for this company for 4 years. It become more and more big during this period,but it abandon several my colleague as well because of kinds of reason. though the boss appreciate me,and give me a good salary,I still want to change my work condition.Our company is a transformer manufacturer, It supply transformer to the adapter of Samsung mobile telephone. we will deliver more than 2.5KK pcs transformers to another factory monthly.the purchase order is so steady that we need not worry about sales. but this year everything begin to change.the inventory of our company gradual increase.oh, I must stop writting to look after my pregnant wife. I will write down somthing to release my heart pressure.It can practice my writing too.

- Maybe your customer has developed another supplier. Generally, it is reasonable to choose at least two vendors for one kind of parts. The cake is divided into 30% and 70%. The one has better performance will get the big cake. maybe the cake in your hands has become a small one.

- I would advice you to think twice before moving on to another job because at present many factories are having unpredictable orders. The cellphone market is hard to foresee. The production cost is too high in China now so orders are going to other manufacturers elsewhere. You have a expectant wife and a new baby would arrive soon. You don't want to venture at this time, do you? However, nobody can see more clearly than yourself. Decide for yourself.

- As I know,the order's decrease don't happen our level. my customer is samsung's supllier,last year SAMSUNG only have 3 adapter supplier,but it increase to 5. But my boss didn't change his mind-only keep one customer.

- All I do everyday in this company is boring, and I am nearly 29 years old, I am tired of the work in a manufacturer, you will do the same thing everyday. My wife will leave this city and stay home because of pregnance. so I think It is best time for me to escape from this city and alter the type of work. the only reason why I hesitate is the good salary. I should think more times before making the decision

- I see... you do have a point there. A boring job with routine work everyday is a waste of valuable time. You are at the prime of your age and need better prospects, but somehow, a stable income is also a major consideration. Wish you the best anyway.
