In last factory, I should be in charge of several business.
beyond work,I communicate with the boss just like brotherhood.
He often said I was one of his arms.
but during the last days that I stay there,there were lots of disagreements between him and me.
In my sight, he changed a lot,perhaps the capital problem made him more and more irritable, and no time to think how to manage the factory well.
I want to help him, but I can't do anything. the main problem come from our customer.
we have only one customer(I advised him to develop a new customer,but he think that customer is enough for him), so we can't refuse any request ,even unreasonable request. now the only customer has capital problem,and began to delay the date of payment.but they still want us to produce more product.the cost of production should be paid by us in advance. so our capital chain has several crack.
That I chose to leave in this special time made him sad and angry, but I don't regret.I want to help him in another way.

- Maybe you and your boss communicate like brotherhood ,but the point is he is your boss , he has his own way to management the company, and that's not your business, you have the right to give your advises but, he prefer to do what he wants. It's a bad phenomenon that the custmers delay the date of payment. We have been got through this, but we interrupt the businese with the custmer on time, finally, the customer was broke, and we did'nt lose so much. If you can't change anything, leave is the only way, you are smart. But i don't understant that leave is another way to help. Would you mind tell me what that mean ?

- Accordng to your statement,your last factory's operation just depends on a unique customer, if there's any problem on the customer's side,the factory may face bankruptcy.
Have you ever reminded your boss the risk of only one customer? and what's his opinion on this issue?Maybe there just consists some communication problems between you and your boss.

- the unique customer is devoleping along a down slope.and on the present situation, he never came to his peak.my boss is Koean from Jilin province,and our customer was an korean company.so they can communicate more easily. the new customer which my boss want must be similiar with the unique customer at peak, and must give my boss big profit.

- The talk between him and me about the devolepmetn of our factory happened several times.but I found there was more and more negative mood between his words. He never adopted my advise on time. when everything prove that my advise is right,he regret.I did my best to decrease the loss. it is too late, and I'm tired both on body and mentality, I don't want to be hurt again.
