last month,i missed a french customers.
when i missed ,i donot understand why,i just think the customer was so annoying.i am so stupid,i just forget the most impotant things : all because myself !
when i sent samples first ,i sent the inner chocks with the cap .after makeing sure ,we modified the cap .then sent samples again .but i was mistake ! i just sent the cap .because i think the inner chock is the same with which i sent firstly. when he received my caps withour inner chocks. maybe he has already make the decision not to do business with us.

the most important things is i should be treated seriously but i didnot. so i lost the customer.
