continue my easy life...

755 views. 2011-10-20 09:28 |

My easy life started from Aug 11 after the company economic layoff. Some friends are asking about what my life looks like now, first thank you very much for your convern and I am really fine. I never stop looking for oppportunity to start my career again while enjoying the soft life. Per my experience 2 months is not a long time to find a new job, that may take more time, I am ready in my mind. In the past 2 months, in average I have one interview each week, that's more than my past 12 years, and get more experienced to handle that. Only one opportunity of Siemens seems possible but I am still waiting for the final decision from German aynyway I am posting my resumes and waiting.

I would like to share my day with you.
Each morning I get up  at 6:30, early as before and have my breakfast in a fast food store besides my residential area. And then I go to fittness center and swim 1000m, about half an hour. My "work place" -the Minhang Distric library opens at 9:00 in the morning, and I spend my whole day there till 17:30. What I did there is listenting English in the moreing, sending my resumes, reading books and browse the internet for news and fun.

I don't want to kill my time at home because it is easy to get lazy and lazy, I have to keep myself as normal, busy, competitive as before, and the most important thing to make my self positive, healthy in psychology. And I don't want to bring any worry to my family members. My wife understand and give me lots of support.

There is a man-made pond inside my residential area and there are always people fishing there over the four seasons. I liked fishing before and had very good equipments, but gave up for the busy work and life. I am planning to pick up again but only prepare simple equipments, just for fun.

I wish you guys all have a good time both in work and life.

You are on the right course in transition to your next job. Unwind and  relax. Do the things you wanted to do during this time when you are not chained to your job. Doing all this and looking for a job at the same time. You should be able to start refreshed and confident in your next job.
