Do you have any experience about the conflict with others? how you deal with that?
Although I have not fullly prepared the question, but I really have the experience recently and the case come out immediately in my mind, so I say,
"Absolutely, I think I can share one case to you. Our controller is responsible for the procedure and the process, and I prepared the procedure after discussed with many colleagues, and then raised the procedure to all related departments mangers for their comments. One department manager said no to my procedure, and I thought it was OK, then I asked her for her suggestion, however, her reply was she just disagreed to the procedure without any suggestion.
I skipped her after several rounds' meaningless discussion, and I asked for her boss' support directly and just informed her after we finished all the jobs. "

- Sometimes, when we face difficult people who unreasonably fail to co-operate, then we would have to force ourselves through the process. This one who told you she don't accept without reason is better than those who deliberately make trouble for you, like sabotaging your work. Take care.
