AS a qualified senior quality Engineer,you need to satisfy the following condition.
1.Good spoken and wirtten English.

2.5 yesrs and above of quality management exprience.

3.Strong konwledge of Total Quality priciples ,SPC,PFMEA.DFMEA.APQP.DOE.8D.

4.Technical desigen reading and understanding.

5.Strong analysis abilities to recognize root cause problems.

6.6sigma related project exprience preferred.

7.Push the production department improves ,prevents the similar qustion to occur once more,reduce the production line scrap decrease rework,decrease the extra consumption.
