The recently quality question were many,in the afternoon we held a quality conferences,everybody discussed togather any improves,how to provent the question occurrence once more ,Participates the department has,Production department ,quality department ,technical department .                                                                                          

 

1.In the conference arranged in order some improvement measure ,need me to follow up to the improve effcet .

2.Some special working procedure need technical make the checking tool for production operator personal use,convenience the operator personal self-check.

3.Sum-up  the product defect sample and printing the defect picture which all occurrenceed in recenlty give the employee both production and quanliy,Everybody need circulates for perusal ,and after signing ,posts on the quality visual board.
