Different country own different culture, and all of them contained us were shaped by the traditional culture, it means people from different country have different personal feelings, aesthetics, even concepts to one thing.
In other words, here is a beautiful essay in Chinese, it will not be beautiful when translated to English, it is just an Chinglish in foreigners' eyes, and that's what we do for most of us.

When you create your English writing, you want to affect your readers, you thought yours are nice, while the truth is others do not think so, and that's why how difficult when we write by using our second language.
But nothing is impossible, and I think language to some extent, is a feeling about it, you can write it beautiful to them no matter if they were native or not. And it is a huge challenge, if you do not have the strong power aiming for excellence, I suggest you stop your handy writing now, to do more meaningful things.

- Yes, you do understand the mentality of writers here.
However, I do not agree that those who cannot write well should stop writing altogether. This is tantamount to discrimination, exclusion or banishment of those who are trying to write in English. According to your logic, nobody should be writing here unless he/she is proficient in English.
Don't underestimate the writing powers of our members here. I have seen many of them who are a little weak in English but can manage to write impressive and meaningful blogs.
A little strange because you do not appear to be such a prejudiced person.

- Sometime. I like this sort of perspectives. I am researching for how we learn. Under the circumstance of no native speaker. .
