Every time you hear me to say I don't know why, it is just a good way to bring in the following. I am not meant to lie to you this time, I really don't know what to say and how to write now. As you know, I have lost all my confidence in English after communicating with others. Excellent people are all around myself, I can't endure it as I don't want to be inferior to others. If it were you, will you bear that?
Through the years of writing blog, I realized a good article really needs some skills, the sad thing is that I didn't give much attention to those skills. As far as I observed, if a person wants to achieve high level of some field or so called success, without endeavor to surpass its natural road, the road goes nowhere that you ever wished.

- my English is poor too, I can't open my mouth for a long time, but my French boss encourages me to communicate with him in English, because he can't say Chinese at all, later, he said,your English is pretty good, why are you so shy and don't open your mouth?i know he is kind enough, although he is gm and still are willing to bear the shortcoming of his employee. I have no reason close my mouth. So don't be afraid of failure, just open your mouth to talk with others, cheers.
