How can I quit halfway ?

How could it be like this? I have been reading an English book, but I feel that lack of some power to continue reading after the tenth chapter. I am not a person who would easily give up, I must adjust myself and finish this enjoyable reading experiences. Do you have any ideas to keep your passion to finish reading a book?

- I gave up some books ago, so I think it over. When I cannot continue, I would think about something that I really hate. I will make a “right” choice by comparing. For example, I would rather read in room than do sports outside. Reading loudly and copying some sentences would help me to concentrate. Hope you could finish it.

- It would be better if you to change a book that you are interested in. If you takes reading as a task, you can't enjoy the joy of reading. It's common and you just have to adjust your reading schedule.

- I will compel myself to continue reading it, as I think if I can finish it I will get closer to the person I like.

- After reading your blog, I'd like to share something about finish reading English books with you. As an English learner, my teacher tells me that the best way to learn a foreign language is to read original books. So, I begin to read an English novel. At first, there are so many vocabulary I didn't know before. It disappointed me a lot. But then, I try to read four pages a day. Finally, I finished reading the whole novel which gave me a big surprise.Maybe you can try reading in this way.Best wishes.

- Which book are you reading,is the one you are really into?I suggest you can choose a book you have much interest in ,and during you are reading it ,never mind there are so many words you can't understand ,just read and read,when you finish it ,you can find ,you improved.

I will follow your advice to finished it, as I think when we doing things, only those who persist to the end, can they know more than others, and know the whole truth, know what the thing really is. Thank you, your ideas is nice, it is very helpful, but I can't reading loudly as it is in my company when I take time to read. that's the only regret.

- Yes, maybe at some chapter and some time I can't have a enjoyable reading, and you are right, to some extent, I take time to read this book is a task, but I know after I finish reading it, I can gain more knowledge, and more unforgettable experiences. So I must finish reading it, and it is an attitude towards problem, don't easily give up, persistence is a good trait to a person.

- I prefer to enjoy the experience and knowledge during the process rather than to expect a very nice result, . As long as the process benefit me a lot, sometime I don't care the result.
