How to get a perfect spoken English tongue

I can read, I can write, but I can not speak out perfect English accent. May be lack of some practice, but I think if you practice in your own tongue, you won't get the result what you want. As it is simple, it was just like a man making car in his own room, he will never know what a true car is.
So if you want the perfect spoken English accent, you'd better go for a training center, or chat with the real foreigner friends. Anyway, do not speak in your own way, try to speak in an English tongue. How do you think of my view my dear friends?
Now I am worried about that I can't find a free time friend to help me to practice spoken English. So sad :( But I should learnt to be contented, as there is an old saying goes only those who are satisfied, who can enjoy the happiness much more.
Another thing is about the BEC, I gave up the BEC test in Nov. apllication this time, because the fee is too high. I plan to take the BEC test in high grade next year rather than the middle grade this year, I know it is quite diffcult, but I have confidence, I will plan the time and pay the effort, an I wish to myself that I can pass in one time.

- Confidence is important. Whatever you want to do, just believe in yourself.
what is more, the native tongue is to exercise a lot either with native speakers or some ones who speak good English. Good luck.

- Best wishes for you too. Recently I've hearing some people saying that accent is no big deal, as long as you are able to make others understand. But if you really like it, I think BBC radio would be a great choice!

- You give us plenty of information.I think going to English corner to communicate with other people is a good idea.If you are free, you can choose to go to the English corner.

- Since you can't speak perfect Putonghua , why do you force yourself to speak perfect English tongue? It's not my thought, but I accept it. Even in the UK, different places have different tongue. In my opinion, you can try to imitate the tongue of actors in TV series. That's daily English conversation, and will help you a lot.
