Guys, help me how to do?

To find a tutor by giving him pay, I read an aticle and bielieve it.
I just made an agreement with a foreign teacher who comes from london, I practise oral English with him by qq video and the payment is 40 yuan a class, each class is 45 minutes. I know 40yuan isn't much for foreigners, as £1=8.66 rmb. But if you going on, you will pay for him 1200yuan one month, although it is not much in your eyes, but in my small city, the average salary is 3000yuan, so you can see, it is not wise to do so.
What's your opinion? I am such a poor guy, and I don't know what I can learned from the teacher, is it a waste of money?

- Everybody is different. We have to admit that. Some guys who are really good at languages. There are do be guys who are good at learning. Just as some students who are really good at making good marks in classes and finally go to famous universities. Usually we ordinary people just envy them and think that why we can not be them? Sometimes I am also jealous of them.
Yes, that is the difference.
I have gone too far. Let's me go back to the topic. I do not think that my English is really going to be very well enough, while I believe that I benefit from my mom who is really good at language and with a sense of humor. So I master the English and get the feeling of speaking well. Though there is still a long to way go for me, I just trust that I can do better. Of course, I have kept doing exercises everyday. By writing here is just one of my PART TIME job. I ask for nothing back, only if I can grow up. Actually I have gained more than I expected before.
The spoken English is not simply to speak out. Surely, the first step is to speak up. While a language is a comprehensive system. You know, it includes speaking, listening, writing, and reading. So you will find, when you use English to speak and communicate with others, you also have the ability to comprehend what those guys are speaking. What are those words and phrases they used. What the background of those people are with. This is a huge project.
The money you pay should be deserved to on the fact if you really get improved. Meanwhile, if you improve it and also should be aware of the fact is the progress is in line with the payment.
Because you have mentioned before that you are interested in economics. So there is a math that you can see and calculate. Anyway the margin of promotion of what you learnt lies in the TIME, ENERGY, MONEY and SELF UNDERSTANDING(means that you really gain and absorb it).
I just learn by myself. I imitate and listen, and then speak to people who are good at English, and seize the chance to speak to my clients and friends who are from US, UK and some other countries. When I am alone, I talk to myself, and listen to the online English radio.
Meanwhile, I pay the time on the pronunciation. How to check that mine is good or not? I will record it, and make the compared to the standard pronunciation to see what is the difference, where else I should improve.
I also read articles, some good articles, it could a short message, it would be better, those readings have listening materials enclosed. Thus, when I read, I can listen to the audio materials. In fact, it is really very convenient that we can find many good online learning materials. With the help of computer, we make it more efficient to learn.
I myself, paid nothing for any online lesson. But the process of that self training is not easy. Hard work and perseverance are the two essences I have maintained all the time. Plus, the constant practicing with action could be also the key to success. That is only my personal studying experience. Only for your reference.
As for the money you paid should be really deserved to what you learn. I do not deny the goodness of online teaching, it really brings us convenience to learn something. Anyway, everything comes at its price.
There is no absolute answer. Only can I do is to inspire you and let you know there might be another or alternative choice right for you.

Paying a tutor to learn spoken English does not always work. You won't be able to learn much. The reason is because you are paying for a slot of time. You would be over anxious to practice and learn as much as possible. In fact, a person can't learn much spoken English in 45 minutes. To be successful, you need much more time than that, but it would be expensive to pay for more time.
To learn good spoken English, you need to learn in a relaxed way with constant practice. The practice should be connected to your everyday life so that you can remember what you learn easily.
You may try it and see how it goes. If you feel it is helpful, then you can continue.

- This is good advice Rosanna is giving you. 51Talk is based in the Philippines has been around quite some time and they are quite effective in improving your spoken English. The only disadvantage is that the teachers are not English native speakers, therefore, they have a bit of Asian accent, but that doesn't matter because you are learning to speak.
