a bad day

i could not forgive my assistant manage who did today morning. for the guest wanted to take something from our restaurant,i saw it as it happened, so i stoped it and the guest asked me why?i told him that here is buffet restaurant,the food are not allowed to take away.but he didnot understand and asked to see the manage.i called my assistant manage and tel her what had happened.please guess what she did follow.she allowed the guest to did it.whether she care my feeling,i think she was crazy.cao you tell me any views about the way she did?

- what is the regulations in your restaurant? If you are right, why do not you choose to tell your manager about her behavior?

- yes. i am a supervisor.she is not ma boss.she is just my assistant manange.
