Improve my English

In March this year, I was onboard to an Americal famous company through headhunter. So far, I have worked amost five months. and I think I have ability to adapt my work except my english. My English is very very poor, I hardly communicate each other when meeting foreigners. And many of my colleagues can communicate fluently in English with foreigners. I am very envious of them.
So I make up my mind, I will try to improve my English from now on. I found that the dioenglish website is a very good to enlgish learners. I intend to browse them every week, Meanwhile,in order to push myself to use Engish ,I will write an arctile or blog to here weekly. and hope you can give me some suggestions to imporve my English, thank you in advance!
