The most delicious dish i've ever tasted is Pork lungs in chili sauce(夫妻肺片),renowned as a typical cold dish of Sichuan cuisines, keeps the unique flavor of spicy and hot marked by this region. And the large slices of meat are infused with the exquisite bittern, which promotes its own characteristics of soft and savour. In shapes, the fresh slices immersed in the red chili sauce are piling like a mountain arising from the red sea while the light color ingredients, such as peanut , sesame and fresh celery bits, are taking over the green peak. Conservatively , it's a classical match of red and green , as well as the most delicious dish I've ever tasted before.

        What's more, an excellent dish never lacks a story which preserves the meaningful tradition. In 1930s, near Shao city in Chengdu province, there was a young couple named  ChaohuaGuo and Tianzheng Zhang, selling snack  to make a living. They are so pool that they could only afford to choose the cheapest parts of the cattle to cook a spicy hot snack.However, people found  nice relish in the refined bittern still and loved to eat the couple's tender and heavy-flavored slices very much. Due to the perfect cooperation for years, the husband and wife rise to fame for their masterpiece. At last residents intended to intitle the delicious snack "  夫妻肺片".
