Is this a good place?

Well, I know this site very occasionally, wish it a good place. Since entering into the job market, English presents its importance to me increasingly, you know, especially in an Internation Trade company. Actually I'm not a good English learner but have to be, if want to be more excellent. It has been one year step into the "real" world, I really do not want to say but also have to admit, not success at all. No satisfaction, no achivement. I know something must be done to change, to inject more passion into life...A lot to say, in a mess...Just hope to be a wonderful English speaker, thus could not be the one ordinary.
