After i came back from the HN island, i reveived a very depressed news for my job.The deaprtment are conducting the technical evalulation process. Unfortunately, Due to my attending company time is too short they have not take my prevoius work experience into account. So i was evaluated as the lowest level, and the final technique class will affact the salary level in the future. So it is very importent to me. I feel unfair and very sad. I asked my direct leader about the details, he said he know nothing about the process and the details. he has not attended the evaluation. But he said he will help me check it and let me know.
I checked the evaluation standard and find out that the time been to the company is not key factor for the assess , they should made mistake. I write a formal letter for asking re-evaluate my technique class. list my qualifications according to the file and sent the letter to related leader and CC to the boss.however, one day past, I have not got any response.
I know that i should be initiative for this issue, no one could help me except myself. if the result was published ,it will be too late !. So i call the boss, report the things to him, tell him what happen and what i have done. Even though he is on his vacation. He is very nice manager he told me that it is the first time they process this matter,so they haven't consider
all the things completely, he wil arrange related person review my qualifications and let me know the updates.
After this things i realized that the communication is so improtant in the carrers. If you don't communicate with others especially your leader when you met some problems, they do not know what you thnik and what happen, because there are so many staff in the company. So be positive and initiative in the communication should be very important quality in
the carres.
