strange dream

In order to improve my english level,I plan to learn english again,Recently I aways read some words and english books befor get to bed.It is strange that I dreamed so much strange dream in the ninght,such as wenting to the middle school,meeting the old teachers and classmates,taking the exam and etc...,when I wake up, I feel so tired,I don't know how to avoid dreamming?Especially such strange dream .
