6 SIGMA Training has completed successfully and my brain had suffered from it for half a month. This time our Company took a lot of money for this project and I  am the lucky guys to be chose. Teacher is from SGS which is a very famous Training institution.

Total 2 books and two weeks for us to study this course. 6 SIGMA is a very famous name to me, but I didn't know what it is exactlly. For this course, I have got a whole picture of this management method, and love it. 6 sigma is not only a tool for quality management but also a tool for how to solve a problem. It will teach you how to analyze the issue, and how to analyze information, and how to encourage people to achieve the goals, and what's the benefit of this project. Statistics occupied an important positon in 6 sigma, sometime I even think that I am learning math, but teacher told us, it is not math, the other chapter is also important for us.

Confidence interval and hypothesis testing are two tough chapters, yes, it is hard to understand, and I never study them before, even if I graduated form university.

Two weeks is a short time for us to study this course and make friends with our other site colleagues. There are all the plant in China coming to shenzhen for this training, and we enjoyed this training toghter. We took photos at the end of training, and feel harmonious.

The next action is carrying out project, and in the training, all the trainee having chosen project except me. My project have been rejected by MBB, and the reason is my project maybe hard to complete, because there is no obvious benefit in my project. MBB sugest me to change my project, and I promise I will do as he told me. In the next week, we should report our schedule every two weeks. After we finish project and pass the exam, we will get the certificate of GB. I hope I can get GB certificate successfully.
