"I love you" for 3 times

Today i read a blog, it's a test done by a girl : send continuously "I love you" 3 times to your couple to see his response. Many girls got interesting responses.
For example:
Wife: I love you.
Husband: ??
W: I love you.
H: What's wrong? What do you want? Tell me directly.
W: I love you.
H: Buy it.
Another pairs:
F: I love you.
M: What happened?
F: I love you.
M: God bless you.
Then, she was too sad to send the third time..
I was so curious, so i did the same to my bf.
I: I love you.
H: love you, too. 
I: I love you.
He ignored me. then asked me 10 mins later: what do you want to eat for dinner? i'll buy it after work.
I: I love you.
H: love you, too. (wechat voice)
No interesting response at all.
In the evening, i express my "disappointment" about his uncreative response. but he said:" three times is too less, you should said more, then i would feel confused, and i would have interesting response." I was wordless.
I think continuous 3 times "I love you" is not enough for the couples who just fell in love, but so treasure for them who had married for years. If after then years or longer, we still have the same conversation, that's the real happiness, means we express our emotions in time, we just love each other without any purpose, and we didn't kill our romance during the daily necessities.

- The feeling between two beloved ones is very strong, and then it fades away gradually little by little as aging. Therefore, it treasurable to find the two can greet one another by saying "I love you" at some time, though it does not need that too many times, anyway, enough for them to have done that on regular basis. And then relation between is strong connected.

- So interesting and even funny, especially the first one. I think it is harder for older generations, and we are more "open" on expressing our emotions. Of course, it is important to show our feelings in time.
