Do you praise today?
I downloaded a number of interview skills to my laptop yesterday. Most of the skills are similar. But a distinctive viewpoint attracted my eyes. It says interviewer also likes to be kissed up. I thought over this viewpoint. It really makes sense. Actually ,everyone likes to be praised even the interviewer.Praising could make the praised happy. At the same time , you also feel very happy. What a buy, why not do it !

- my friend, i organized and attended more interview at my duty. but whay's meaning"interviewer also likes to be kissed up" ? your meaning is the interviewers like to be praised by the students? . i have never experienced like your discribing. but enjoying our each days to praise everyday , i surely appraite.
