My morning routine

As the proverb goes, "A year's plan starts with spring.one day's plan starts with
the morning." The morning time is very precious for us. If you could not use time
scientifically, it will slip through from your fingers unconsciously. So i created my
morning routine for seizing the time.
I wake up at 6:30 am every morning. BTW, i go to sleep at 10:30 pm every evening .
1. Boiling a bottle of water. At the same, i will go brush my teeth and wish my face.
Then pour a cup of tea with honey. I enjoy it .
2. Doing some workouts. I do pushup every morning each day add one. Now i can finish 30
pushups.Then i will do broadcast gymnastics with my wife.
3. Listening to the english. Usually i fond of VOA.
4. Enjoy my breakfast. My wife is a great cook. But i am in charge of washing.
5. Go to office !

- Quite a normal and healthy usage of time. I agree that we have to calculate and plan our time management, especially in the morning because by the afternoon, we start getting tired and sleepy.
