Factory Visit
Yesterday I stayed in the factory the whole day, that's why I didn't update my blog for requiring rest after back home.
As two urgent consignments need to be shipped before the holiday, considering the efficiency and tight schedule, so I was assigned to visit the factory to supervise the quality during the production. It was understanderble that the time would be delayed if the inspection failed. When broken devices appeared, it was also our duty to find and solve the problems to get the quality through. For me, taking time sometimes visiting factory is really a nice experience to know the product. As a matter of fact, when I witnessed the workers on the assembly line, I got special interpretation of our life. It was abvious that almost all the workers are youngersters below 25 years old which is really the golden time for one's life. They have to work almost 12 hours a day in the closing building without fresh air circulation. Hard to imagine how diadvantegous for their health in the long term. Compared to us sitting on the well-deocrated office, more luckier than them. Besides, they do the same job repeatedly and mechanicall everyday instead of using their mind to consider their future plan. Seemed they were so satisfied with their current status. I looked at them carefully with sympathy, concerns, complicated thought in my heart. Different backgrounds, different fate and different perspectives. No matter how hard the work is, as long as they lead a happy and content life, others couldn't change the situation.
For me, I really felt dizzling inside becuse of hard to get the fresh air. However, tough situation also brings us beauty in our life as it was also an experience happened in my life.

- The situation and environment of a factory is just such, the simple, mechanical and repeated labor of a productive line makes one get stupid gradually, finally they lose the capability which survive and compete with society and have to be severely exploited by the employer. There are so great population of china.

- China has always been a big target for outsourcing, surely it contributes enormously to the country's GDP growth and jobs are created for unskilled workers, still, to sustain a more fairly distributed wealth, Chinese gov shoud work harder on the root issues that have been haunting the country for decades.

As the labor force is cheaper, other countries choose to do OEM business in China. From microscopic perspective, it promotes China's economic development. However, from the basis, who really makes the contributions. The workers. Although they couldn't afford well without good education and high technological skills, they pay a lot efforts during the production. Govement should take the measures to narrow the gap for sustainable developent. Need to conside the lower-class people whiling pursuring for the fast development
