Rest
This is the third day staying at home after the trip of GuiLin. I still have one day more before ruturning to work. Actually no official holiday for me, I just gave the excuse for my own rest.
From my perspective, I am a positive person with my own dream, so I have been constantly striving for acheiving it with drops of accumulation. In fact, I neglected the significance of health in my life. I thought of being young with enough vigor and passion, however the health needs to be paid off equally. With always siting and facing the computer being lack of exercise, I became aware of health problem. Then I started to adjust my mind trying to keep the balance because how successful my career is, health attains more inportance.
During my stay at home, I completely put down my work and pay attention to adjustment of myself. I tried my best to awake naturally, formed a good diet habit based on eating more vegitables, fruits and hightly－ contained protein food, went to bed earlier. Obviously I felt well than before. My tension sounded more released as well. I seldom face in front of the computer and just spent some time watching my favorite channels. Before sleeping, I tried to read some articles. How nice the life is. Anyway, just the short peorid which makes me slow down a little bit, what heading for me is still my job.
From now on, I must have such idea in mind keep the balance of my work and life in that the ultimate goal is to pursure for spiritual and physical happiness .

- no career is worth gaining at the price of health. i once felt the same: 30 was a million light-years away, forty wasn't even in the same galaxy. Death, it happened to really old people. now, i realized how wrong i could be. Slow down, girl, and relax.
