Is it fortunate that I am one of few people who choose stay with current job?:)

 I am not a rich lady .Money does not matter in my life when my basic needs are met

There is a classical theory proposed by Maslow who illustrated that human being is motivated to fulfill hierarchical pyramid of needs.

The bottom need is physiology including water, food, shelter, closing and transportation which exerts an irreplaceable role in men's life

Besides the physiological need ,Safety become the next pursuit. Once These two basic needs are met thus people are driven by the higher needs as love and belonging ,esteem .the later one is related to prestige people gain from society .

The top is self-actualization This level of need pertains to what a person's full potential is and realizing that potential

With Money People could buy food, buy shelter to reach safety level, but love and belonging is sth that money does not work that much . The higher level you go the less importance it plays. Money could work to some extent but not in all aspects.

A fast- paced life in a fast growing developing country sometimes blinds us .We are living in the society which is driven by economy .GDP is measured by quantified figures as a key index used to evaluate the performance and comparing to previous months', the same period of last year or that of the other countries.

Undeniedly Figure is one of signs or indicates telling us things goes wrong or right  direction. But not cover all the aspects .There are many other elements such as, In practice ,happiness is sth unable to quantify and hardly to measure. Happiness index actually becomes our final target of our life.

Somebody come up with the idea by including happiness index into calculating of GDP. This could be a breackthrough change ,I hope there would be some method to help this calculation and let GDP reflect a real live status of people . Then GDP is a virtually comprehensive index.

Surely There could be a small group of people whose happiness is positive relevance to money. This , I would say is related to their life value :).not count large mumber of people in society .Here we are studying  is  the big area of a normal distribution .

For me once basic needs are satisfied like food, safety. money does not play that important role .In case It works It will only be temporary rather stay long.

Therefore , I will still remain with my current job even I suddenly become rich overnight. That does not help me except maybe some sleepless night. Haha

A change of my job could be triggered by career development, health and working environment .

Hope I did not go that far .Come to the point is Money is a figure and has little link to our happiness from certain level on in my eyes
