Bad mood!
I am so unhappy time and time again! The work, the people, the evironment......, everything can affect my mood, and it only will cause the bad mood but not a good one, How to be happy?? Maybe some one can give me one solution! Your advise will be appreciated!

- I canabsolutely understand you because I had the same experience with yours.The best way is calm yourself down and don't think too much in your head otherwise you will choke it up.And try your best to remind yourself the happy things and the hopes and dreams exist in your heart.Trust yourself,you will feel better later.Come on!
