how can i be confidence ？？

Life Like a Dream..Dream of a few back in the end .
i dare not to think my dream ..
in this way .so my dream is still far away from me .
Many people have encouraged me to achieve my dream .
but i think i am silly .i don't have the ability to do that ..
i am a person of not confidence .
i also want my own to make a brave man .
but i just don't have the courage .....
Ouch .........
it's difficult for me .............
what can i do ？？i didn't what to do ...
