2011 is my year, and at the end of this year, I have been feeling a danger to my job. Because of the economic crisis, the solar photovataic industry is greatly blowed. Whether I can go through this difficulty, I look forward to the god favering me. I hope I can remain in my company to insist on my career. At the moment, many colleagues of mine have left this company .Some of them hope to leave it for another job, others would not like to leave.
