Hi my friends, i have been very  busy these days, and i finished the 'big job', called big challenge yestoday. i have learned a lot from this unique experience. today, i conclude it and suggest some advice to myself.

  1. The attitude, a lot people tell you the attitude could deceide everything, and i tell you they are right.

  2. You must conside the aim when you prepare something or do something.

  3. Try your best to keep common, please keep your common state however neverous  you are.

  4.  You must find the difference or your shortage if you want to achieve further.

  5. Some 'romance' was told, and some 'romance' was shown, they are very different.

  6.  You should find the reason why you want to quit your talking quickly or you find you are difficult to deeply communicate with others.

  7.  The state you want to solve problem  are different from the one you are perscuated to do something.

  The above should be understood deeply and find the way.
