what should we learn on earth?

There is an old question:what should we learn in the progress of growing up? try our best to enhance the point that we are good at? or make up for our disadvantage to become perfecter man? or have no idea but study just like others.
Obviously, there must be different results if you choose different way. In fact, I was the second type before yestoday or the third one sometimes, but i want to become the first one. One should succeed by their advantage.
