Today's topic is about health. Why do i want to emphasize this topic again and again,maybe you have known that, I have confronted this problem for so many years.
The first thing i want to talk about is perseverance. Maybe you have persisted one month,one or two year, but that is not the end, you have to persist as long as you can, maybe it would last for end of your life.
The following thing i want to share with you is tempation. Obvisiously, it is about food, i have almost kept fit for one year, i have led my mouth successfully several monthes ago except yestoday, i ated too much meat, which made me very uncomfortable. The important thing i want you to remember is you failed once, you would failed almost.
The last point i want to speak out is you should not just keep healthy for keeping healthly. Everyone would have different request from his body, you should not keep healthy based on another people's standard, you must find your own one. We all knowed that health is important for everyone, but it is different for everyone too. You have your special way for you body building as you have different successful life way.
