Ask for help~~~~
I have already learnt English day and night for two months. My plan is studying it very well in three months and find a better job in 2012. Until today,I realized that it's so difficult to achieve my goal. The more I learnt,the diffcult I find. I've got so much to learn,such as grammers,handwirting,listening,reading,speaking and so on. I'm study English for 6 hours from Monday to Saturday and 16 hours on Sunday. However, my English still so bad and 2012 is coming. what should I do and what can I do? I can't endure my job any more and want to look for a better job. But there is another problem that I didn't learn English well and looking for a job is also spend so much time. Perhaps I won't find a stisfactory job again.I was bothered with this problem for a long time. I am so depressed and helpless now. My friends,Could you give me more suggestions? I really need your help.

- English is a kind of ability,but also you can treat it as a tool,and what's the good job meaning to u?high salary only?I don't think so,maybe you should know what u want firstly.Do u think so?
Another question u ask,"how to learn english well", maybe treating it as an interest is the best way i think.

- lchh: The best way to learn English is to communicate with sb who is good at English,of course,that is what i think,alough i haven't tried it previously.Most of the people want to look for a partner or a foreign friend for practising English. But not everyone can get the chance. Thank you all the same. share your idea with us. Keep moving on.

No matter what industry you are in or where you operate,English is necessary to learn it well. To be honest,it's will be getting a good and higher salary for me.it's just my opinion.

- Here is my suggestions, first, if you can do your current job well at present, please insist it, cause, it's not wise to change job frequestly, for HR deparment, when they look for or hunt for a new employeee, they will read and check your work experience, they seems prefer to the one who stay in one company for a long time. Second, I'm not sure which city you are living, for example, the cities around Yangtze River, they need English skills if you want to request a better paid, not only written English but also oral English. Third, please consider carmly, a new job means a new environment. Lastly, plesae keep learn English, on the one hand, you have rich work experiece, on the other hand, your English is perfect, on that time, you could have a try to hunt a good job.
